Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is a multi-styled Yoga Asana training program which provides the students with the skill and knowledge to become a proficient yoga teacher in two main styles which are Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow. Not only the asanas of these styles are covered during the practical sessions, but also they are covered in detail during the anatomy and alignment session to get in-depth knowledge of moving in and out of the posture in a very safe way and to provide appropriate variations depending on the body limitations.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: As a part of 200 hours YTTC, the student will learn the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Asana which is also called as Yog Chikitsa (Yoga therapy) designed by Pattabhi Jois to heal, detoxify, align the body and mind, particularly the spine. We always begin with the sun salutations and standing postures to generate heat and connect with the breath. The first half of the primary series (which begins after the standing postures) is mostly forward bends, working the hamstrings, hips, and back. The middle section focuses on flexibility and the third part combines more flexibility with strength postures. The finishing postures are the same regardless of what series you are practicing. They are restorative postures designed for cooling down, balancing out the body, and integrating the effects of the practice.

Vinyasa flow: Vinyasa Yoga or Vinyasa krama Yoga was established by T Krishnamacharya. This became very popular way of practicing Yoga in the modern world. As a part of our 200 hour TTC, you will practise different type of sequences example: hip opening, free flow, peak posture flow. Also as a part of Vinyasa flow class, students will also get to experience some of the sessions relate to Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga. At the end of the course, students will be evaluated based on the Vinyasa sequence teaching they do for their fellow participants.
